May 18, potluck immediately following the service, congregational meeting begins at 12:45 on Zoom and in person
Bring a dish to share and do the work of our democracy! A potluck will immediately follow the service on May 18. At 12:45, the congregational meeting will begin. Agenda items include nominees for the board and nominating committee, the budget for the upcoming year, and any business that members of the congregation choose to present. Childcare will be provided.
Please note: final votes on all items will happen following the congregational meeting, by mail and online. You do not need to attend to vote, but you do need to attend (in person or online) to speak about these agenda items, offer amendments, or bring forward new business.
