Well, here we are again for another People’s Church Poetry Service. Rumor has it that it is a favorite! For those who are not familiar with the service, you will be treated to a host of church and local community poets reading their original work. Our theme this year is Unity. If you are interested in being included to read your work, our planners are Elizabeth Bullmer and Don Miller. Let us know through Don’s email (donbuilds@aol.com) so we can plan for numbers and how much time to allot everyone.

Prospective writers – The theme of Unity is general enough and has been chosen in response to a common experience of divisiveness found within one’s person and the world. Attendees to the service will be prompted to write a short line or phrase that will be included in a community poem to be read/published at a later date. Please come and enjoy!
