Happy Spring to all! Hope we’re done with the cold snaps….overall it does seem to be getting warmer. Are you ready to help bring the rain garden out of its winter slump? This year our monthly garden time will be on the second Saturday of each month. You don’t have to show up every month, drop in when you
can. Start time: 9:30am. A nice thing about the change of weekends: there is a potluck on the second Saturday at noon! You’re welcome to join in even if you forgot a dish to pass, that’s just how we roll.
I hope you will be able to join us on May 9 as there really is a LOT to do. We’ll spend some energy taking
down the dead stalks, cleaning up the leaves, pine needles and other debris that has accumulated over the past 6 months. Our “rock river” has a spontaneous dam of pine needles, and the whole area needs a good weed. It’ll be so nice to work with you in this “garden therapy” environment!
