An Introduction to Queer Theology
Are you interested in the intersection of Christianity and issues of sexuality and gender? Then join us for this online introductory discussion about queer theology. We’ll learn together about what it is and why it matters. Spoiler: it’s more than discussing why LGBTQIA people can be Christian. Queer theology also asks what revelations can be found in the lives of people who don’t fit within “traditional” boundaries. During the workshop, we’ll also make time for attendees to share their own experiences as LGBTQIA people and allies. The workshop will be held on Zoom from 6:30 to 8 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2022.
