Judging one another’s choices seems to be part of the human condition. Caring for someone can often involve thinking we know what’s best for them. How do we maintain our care for and connection to the people we love when they follow a path different than what we think is best? How do we respect the autonomy and inherent worth and dignity of the people we love when they make choices that we disagree with? How do we maintain our relationships with people who disagree with the choices we make for our lives? Rev. Rachel has been reflecting on these questions and will share what insights she has come to.
