As Unitarian Universalists, we affirm and promote the inherent worth and dignity of every person. Sometimes, this is simplified to ‘people are good.’ What is Unitarian Universalism teachings on human nature? How do we reconcile our affirmation of everyone’s inherent worth with the reality of human cruelty and carelessness? This is one of the most challenging questions in the liberal religious tradition. Rev. Rachel will do her best to address it this Sunday. This service will also include time for our new ritual of creating a stained glass mosaic.
