MeditationWith Jim Croteau, Facilitator

To facilitate reflection and sharing by those in attendance, Jim will share his own perspectives and experiences with meditation practice. He will acknowledge its stress reduction and other mental health benefits, but focus on meditation as a spiritual practice that can alter how one perceives and experiences the world.
