When: First and Third Thursday of each month through May from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
It’s how we respond to the circumstances of our lives that determines the nature of our lives. Responding skillfully to unfavorable situations with curiosity and compassion can increase the quality of our lives. All are welcome to join us as we support one another in this practice.
Beginners and experienced meditators alike are invited to participate in this class. We practice both silent and guided meditation together, as well as discuss ways to bring more mindfulness into our daily lives.
