On Monday mornings at 10:30 a.m. we are reading and reflecting upon a series of Fables that offer insights into the principles of Family Systems. The fables are from the anthology Friedman’s Fables (Guilford Press, 1990), written by one of the leading authorities on family systems theory, Rabbi Edwin A. Friedman. We’ll be alert for the implications of these fables for our personal lives, relationships, People’s Church, and other communities of which we are a part.
During October we will read:
Mon 06 October “The Friendly Forest”
Mon 13 October “Round in Circles”
Mon 20 October “Projection”
Mon 27 October “Raising Cain”
