Featured Speaker: Dr. Steve Kohler Director of Environmental Studies Program at Western Michigan University (WMU) .
He will talk about sustainable uses of freshwater, that is one of the most pressing issues facing the world today. He will also address water use and water scarcity in the US and world. Then he will discuss water issues in Michigan, and then talk about the new programs in freshwater science and sustainability that will be starting at WMU this fall.
